1. Who we are

Chain Read ("the Program") is an educational service operated under the GammaRead / ExoticTradez brand by [INSERT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME / ENTITY] ("we," "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of exoticgamma.com and the Chain Read membership.

2. What you're buying

Chain Read is a paid educational membership consisting of pre-recorded course modules, downloadable resources, and downloadable course materials. Community access and live sessions are planned as a future addition and are not included in the current $97 course purchase. It is education about market structure and options positioning — it is not a signal service, not a managed account, and not personalized financial advice.

3. Billing

Chain Read is a one-time payment of $97 for lifetime access to the course curriculum and course guide, processed via our payment processor (Stripe).
There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel — you pay once and keep access.
Optional 1:1 coaching is a separate, individually priced service and is not included in the $97 course purchase.

4. Refund policy

Go through the full curriculum. If you don't walk away able to read a chain and mark your own key levels, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a refund.

5. What "lifetime access" means

Once purchased, you keep access to the video modules and the downloadable course guide (PDF), checklist, and strike log template for as long as the Program is offered. If we ever discontinue the Program, we will provide reasonable advance notice and a final copy of all downloadable materials.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account access, redistribute course materials, or resell any part of the Program without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
